Sales and Experience Director

Rebby’s roots also start on the range. A lifelong shooter with a passion for clear, confident education, she built her reputation helping companies understand both the product and the people behind it. Her experience in sales, brand guidance, and industry networking showed her the same gap Sofia saw — companies were hiring ten vendors to solve one problem. Arsenal was the answer. By unifying skillsets, Rebby helped shape a collective where brands get everything they need in one place, backed by shooters who actually understand the culture and the community.

Marketing and Creative Director

Sofia’s roots are grounded in training and execution. A lifelong shooter, firearms instructor, and competitive athlete, she built her career at the intersection of education, content, and real-world application. Her background in instruction, videography, and brand strategy exposed the same problem Rebby saw from the other side — brands were fragmenting their message across too many people who didn’t fully understand the industry. Arsenal became the solution. By combining on-camera experience, production, and strategic direction under one roof, Sofia helped shape a collective where storytelling, education, and marketing are handled by shooters who live the lifestyle, not outsource it.
